Quantum
soultions from Scotland's longest established Schneider integrator.
The
Quantum PLC range comes from the Modicon stable within Schneider. It's
configuration and programming will be familiar territory to older Modicon
users. For the die-hards, you can even program it in 984 Ladder Logic
compatible form, although of course you lose all the modern advances in
programming software.
And
of course, with over 150 Schneider/Telemecanique PLC systems behind us,
you can be confident that we have a wealth of experience applying Schneider
PLC's to a wide range of applications.

Concept
takes Modicon programming, and brings it into the modern world of Windows.
For Quantum, this provides an advanced environment of ladder, Sequential
Flow Chart, Function Block Diagram, etc.. There's even an internal PLC
simulator, so you can run your software in a soft PLC inside you PC, before
you download it to the PLC.

The
Quantum M1, the next step for OEM's.
For
machine OEM's, the M1 could be the final solution in the distributed control
system.
Remote
I/O, distributed to terminal boxes, communicating on a low-cost high speed
network link.
An
HMI connected to this link, for operator interface..
Makby
a drive or two linked on as well, and a load cell here or there for batch
weighing.
And
for the processor...
At
one of the I/O nodes, clip on the M1 processor, replacing the normal comms
module, and create the last link in a truly distributed system.
